The standard time to present an executive shortlist is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the profile’s specialization. Highly specialized searches may extend to 12 weeks. We set a clear timeline from the start.

Do you work only with large corporations, or with mid-sized companies too?

We work with organizations of all sizes, from large multinationals to growing mid-sized companies. We adapt our methodology and pricing to each client.

Do you offer a guarantee on your selection processes?

Yes. We offer a standard 6-month guarantee. If the placed candidate leaves within that period for reasons beyond the client’s control, we restart the process at no additional cost.

Does the audit involve changes to staff?

Not necessarily. The goal is to identify areas for improvement in competencies, processes, and tools. The report includes an action plan based on development, not reduction. Any decision about team structure rests solely with the client.

How often is a commercial audit recommended?

We recommend one every 2 to 3 years, or in situations such as the arrival of a new Commercial Director, a sustained drop in sales, expansion into new markets, or a merger.
